Clearing a garage and looking for a crib can both live in one neighborhood app — free offers (GIVE) and gift-friendly ISOs (SEEK) without charity framing.
Buy Nothing groups proved neighbors want to give freely and ask plainly without a nonprofit label or income test. ISO App mirrors that rhythm in two lanes on the same product:

Passing something on
Post on the Buy Nothing feed with a short title, pickup area, and optional #buynothing / #free tags. Neighbors message in-app — no need to drop your phone number in a public comment thread.
Looking for something free
Post an ISO, use gift-friendly tags, and turn on Neighbor gifts on Browse to see neighbors open to free or donation-friendly handoffs. Same trust badges (Founding Member, campus, verified email) as any other listing.
Not a charity platform
ISO App doesn’t run income verification or “deservingness” scoring — dignity is the default. We moderate for spam and safety like the rest of the feed. South Bay density is still growing; greater Bay neighbors can join and use travel radius.
