ISO App (“ISO”, “we”, “us”) is a community tool that helps people post “In Search Of” requests and connect with others who may have an item. ISO is not a marketplace operator, broker, payment processor, or escrow service.

Any transaction, exchange, delivery, payment, and dispute resolution happens directly between users. By using ISO, you agree that ISO is not responsible for losses or damages arising from user-to-user interactions.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure. You’re responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

2. User content and conduct

You are responsible for your posts, messages, photos, and offers. Do not post illegal items, prohibited content, or attempt to scam or harass other users.

We may remove content or restrict accounts to keep the community safe.

3. Transactions are off-platform

ISO provides connection and messaging. ISO does not verify items, does not guarantee listings, and does not guarantee that a user will complete a transaction.

No liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, ISO disclaims all liability for transactions, disputes, delivery failures, chargebacks, fraud, theft, or misrepresentation between users.

4. Safety

Meet in public places, verify items, and use your best judgment. Never share sensitive information in chat.

5. Disclaimers

ISO is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not promise uninterrupted service, and features may change during beta.
