Child Safety Standards
Effective: July 3, 2026
ISO App has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). We prohibit child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sextortion, sexualization of children, trafficking or exploitation of children, and any content or conduct that promotes, facilitates, or solicits abuse.
ISO App is intended only for people age 18 and older. This restriction does not lessen our responsibility to prevent, identify, report, and respond to child safety concerns.
Reporting in ISO App
Signed-in users can report an ISO post or a member's account from the post detail screen. Select Report, choose the post or account, select Child safety or exploitation concern, add any useful details, and submit. Reports are sent privately to the ISO App team and are not shown to the reported user.
You may also report a child safety concern by emailing thomas@heyiso.app. Do not email or upload CSAM. Instead, provide the relevant ISO post or account details and a description of the concern.
If a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services. In the United States, call 911. ISO App's reporting channels are not emergency services.
Review and enforcement
We review child safety reports and may remove content, restrict or terminate accounts, preserve relevant account and report information as permitted by law, and take other steps needed to protect users. We may act without prior notice when safety or legal compliance requires it.
Reporting to authorities
ISO App complies with applicable child safety laws. When we become aware of apparent CSAM or child exploitation, we report it to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline and cooperate with law enforcement or other appropriate authorities as required by law.
